If you answered yes to any of these questions then you need to get your hands on a key organizer. Key organizers will safely secure your keys.
You can go with an inexpensive key organizer that is basically a locked cabinet that hangs on a wall - no electronics necessary. These cabinets sell for as little as $15. You hang your key sets on the hooks inside, but the cabinet can only be opened (for example) if you know the lock code.
Something as simple as this can save you big-time in the long run. If you're leaving your spare key sets around the office then you're inviting theft.
If you are looking for better accountability, you can go with an electronic key cabinet. These devices can require authenticated access and will track who took what keys and when. They are more expensive but if you want true accountability for who had what keys and when -- these are the ticket.
